NuSil Technology LLC, a global manufacturer of silicone materials for the personal care, health care and pharmaceutical industries, recently debuted PCM-7919, a PEG/PPG-18/18 dimethicone compatible with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients, according to the company. PCM-7919 is a water-soluble, silicone-glycol copolymer that acts as a wetting agent and emulsifier. PCM-7919 has an approximate 1,500 cP viscosity, requires low usage levels and can be considered for use in hair care formulations...
